Job summary

Hirewell seeks a Senior IT Solutions Manager to lead technology modernization across enterprise applications, SAP, and related initiatives. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.

The role is Chicago-area hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite, with base salary plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Strong ERP, SAP, and vendor-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing technology environments.
• Strong ERP and enterprise application experience.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong project/program leadership and vendor management skills.
• Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience owning technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• CPG experience is a strong plus.

We’re seeking a Senior IT Solutions Manager to join a global organization undergoing significant technology modernization.

This is a highly visible role for an experienced IT leader who understands manufacturing and supply chain environments and can bridge the gap between business operations and technology.

The position will have broad ownership across enterprise applications, SAP, and technology initiatives supporting key operational functions. This is not a hands-on SAP configuration role.

We’re looking for someone who understands the business processes behind the technology and can lead initiatives from requirements and solution definition through implementation and ongoing support.
