Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Modern Infrastructure Customer Solutions Architect to guide customers through infrastructure modernization, datacenter and cloud strategies, and hybrid IT solutions. You will collaborate with account teams and Solution Architects to design roadmaps that translate vision into scalable deployments.

You bring 10+ years of experience selling technology in data center, hybrid cloud, and AI workloads, with strong Cisco knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions in dedicated sales or technical pre-sales roles.
• Extensive experience aligning business objectives with technology requirements.
• Proven track record in identifying, developing, and driving sales for legacy and modern infrastructure environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco product lines and solutions for modern infrastructure needs.
• Strong expertise in data center, hybrid cloud, and public cloud models (Azure/AWS/Google).

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions and Services across Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional Services, and/or Managed Services.
• Leverage challenger sales methodology and insights-driven processes to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Collaborate with District Sales Teams to acquire new opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Build and maintain account and market penetration plans on assigned accounts.
• Lead opportunities from needs assessment through closing and diversification.
• Engage pre-sales and internal support to deliver end-to-end service.
• Nurture strategic relationships with key Hybrid IT partners and vendors.
