Job summary

The Ohio State University’s Health System Shared Services IT department seeks an IT Process Engineer to lead and advance IT service management practices aligned with ITIL. You will own core processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release, CMDB, ITAM) and drive governance, data integrity, and asset lifecycle visibility across the Medical Center.

As a senior technical leader, you will design and implement improvements, map services, and guide cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, with four years of experience providing Tier I–III IT support within operations.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management, including Change, Configuration, and Problem Management.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to strategic vision and leads senior technical initiatives in IT service management aligned to ITIL.
• Advances maturity, governance, and integration of CMDB and asset management across the Medical Center.
• Leads and delivers medium- to large-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery and process management.
