ManpowerGroup seeks an IT Service Desk Supervisor in Baltimore, MD (Hybrid 4 days on site). The role leads a frontline IT support team, enforces security controls, and ensures delivery of service commitments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field, 5+ years in IT, and experience supervising at least 3 direct reports. Excellent communication and Office proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network and systems administration or IT management is required.
• At least 3 direct reports experience in a technical contact center or IT environment is required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
