This role focuses on troubleshooting within SLAs and escalating complex issues to specialist teams as needed. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in computer science or a related field and has 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to internal customers to resolve technology problems including PC, network, server, and voice hardware and software.
• Enters and manages Incident and Service Request tickets in ServiceNow.
• Provides technical support related to various computer programs used by Franklin Electric employees.
• Provides hardware support for computers, phones, and other equipment.
