Job summary

Altarum seeks an IT Service Desk specialist to join our hybrid team. You will support Windows and macOS devices, printers, and mobile devices, delivering timely incident resolution across multiple offices, including Novi, MI. The role requires obtaining ACSP within six months of joining.

You will manage devices via Intune and MDM, implement security baselines, and contribute to knowledge base development while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years of Tier 1/2 desktop support in a Windows/macOS environment.
• Experience deploying and supporting MacBooks with MDM (Jamf/Kandji/Intune).
