The position is hybrid: on-site at least 3 days per week with remote work the remaining days. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience, offering opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years in IT support or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Installs or assists service personnel in installation of hardware and peripherals at user premises.
• Loads specified software packages into computers and configures operating systems.
• Enters commands and observes system functions to verify correct operation.
• Instructs users in equipment, software, and manuals.
• Responds to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses hardware, software, and operator problems.
• Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups.
• Refers major hardware problems to service personnel for correction.
• Other duties as assigned; travel may be required; works in an office environment and may need security clearance.
