Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals and imaging for new hires.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level end-user support, including remote users, with SLAs.
• Record information in ServiceNow to ensure resolution and compliant SLAs.
• Manage IT assets and asset disposal pickups.
• Provide end-user support for field offices and travel as required.
• Perform backup administration and monthly restore tests.
