The role emphasizes lifecycle management, governance, and regulatory readiness, with opportunities to shape analytics enablement and AI‑related initiatives in a critical infrastructure setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Five years of progressive IT experience with enterprise apps and cloud platforms.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with cloud migrations and modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of cloud-based and enterprise apps.
• Manage application lifecycle activities including upgrades and vendor releases.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams.
• Document data flows, interfaces, and operational procedures.
• Support cloud modernization, migrations, and reduce technical debt.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams for high‑quality data.
• Coordinate with MSPs, vendors, and consultants to maintain SLAs.
• Assist in audit readiness and disaster recovery planning.
