Job summary

REP Fitness, based at our Colorado HQ, is seeking a Systems Administrator to own Microsoft 365, identity, and endpoint management for 200+ devices across multiple sites. You’ll automate identity lifecycles, tune security tools, and coordinate with an outsourced SOC.

The role blends service and engineering, with on-site work and occasional travel to distribution centers and retail locations. Strong IT ops exp is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years IT infrastructure experience with 3+ years in Windows and macOS fleets.
• Experience deploying fleet-wide configurations with staged rollout and rollback.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Entra ID lifecycle.
• Own device lifecycle for 200+ Windows/macOS endpoints and iPadOS devices.
• Manage RMM and security tooling end-to-end with SOC coordination.
• Design automations for identity lifecycle from HRIS using PowerShell and Graph API.
