Job summary

REP Fitness is hiring a Systems Administrator to own our IT stack across 4 sites, including our Colorado HQ. You’ll manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and 200+ devices, while driving security operations, automation, and SaaS governance for a fast-growing fitness equipment company.

You will partner with IT, Web Development and AI/Data teams, travel occasionally to distribution centers and retail locations, and work in a dynamic, on-site role designed to scale with company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive systems administration or IT infrastructure experience, including Windows and macOS fleet management and Microsoft 365/Entra ID.
• Experience deploying fleet-wide configurations with staged rollout, testing and rollback, and identity automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Entra ID lifecycle.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle for 200+ Windows/macOS devices, Intune configuration, Autopilot, and device encryption.
• Operate RMM and security tooling (NinjaOne, ThreatLocker) end-to-end, coordinate with SOC, perform patching and incident response.
• Oversee network/SASE (Cato Networks), site infrastructure, Wi-Fi, switches, printers and AV across multiple sites.
• Manage DNS, email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), data backup/recovery for Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Design automations and SaaS governance (Rippling-driven onboarding/offboarding, Graph API) and oversee SaaS provisioning.
