Echo Incorporated is seeking an IT Quality Analyst to serve as the QA liaison between IT teams, analysts, project teams, vendors, and business users. You will design and execute tests to ensure software meets requirements before UAT, aligning with Echo standards and project scope.

The role emphasizes collaboration, thorough testing, and enabling smooth production deployments, with hybrid work options at our Lake Zurich facility.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in QA, BA, application support, software testing, or related IT role.
• Ability to review and interpret business and functional requirements.
• Hands-on testing: functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, compatibility, and error handling.

Aufgaben

• Review requirements, flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and design docs for clarity and testability.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and cases based on approved requirements.
• Perform QA testing across functional areas and coordinate with IT teams and vendors.
• Plan and lead UAT activities, guiding business users and tracking progress.
• Document defects, coordinate resolutions, and communicate clearly to users.
