Job summary

Cullerton Group is seeking an IT Quality/Test Engineer 5 – Lead QA Specialist for 100% onsite work in the Chicago or Peoria, IL area. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to lead QA strategy, test planning, and automation across multiple projects in a large Agile environment.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a true QA/Test Lead capacity, and familiarity with AWS, SQL, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Excel. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant IT quality/testing experience.
• Experience leading QA/testing efforts in large Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and automation across projects.
• Own defect management and drive issues to resolution.
• Coordinate QA activities across multiple teams in an Agile setting.
