Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its growing IT team in Exton, PA. The IT Project Manager will own multiple technology projects through development, testing, and implementation, collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT project management, hands-on business analysis, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, with experience in Agile and Waterfall.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management experience on software/enterprise projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on business analysis, including requirements gathering.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from intake to go-live.
• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
