• Track action items, follow-ups, deadlines, and next steps through completion.
• Review proposals and project information to extract key takeaways.
• Communicate effectively with diverse colleagues and teams.
• Learn and navigate company processes to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Provide project updates and follow-up communications to ensure alignment.
• Support administrative and project coordination activities as needed.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to review meeting notes, summarize discussions, and identify action items.
