Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Laboratory Systems in a hybrid Fall River, MA setting. You will lead complex IT initiatives within pharmaceutical and biotechnologic environments, partnering with scientists, IT, Quality, and validation teams to ensure compliant, scalable laboratory technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years independently managing complex IT projects within regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Direct experience supporting laboratory IT environments (LIMS/ELN) and workflows.
• Experience with laboratory system connectivity and instrument integrations.
• Proven ability to lead IT projects from requirements through deployment and go-live.
• Working knowledge of GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, UAT, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects for laboratory, scientific, and regulated pharma/biotech operations.
• Manage project lifecycle: requirements, planning, validation, deployment, go-live.
• Develop and manage plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, laboratory, Quality, and Validation.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods to deliver complex initiatives.
