Job summary

Stellar Professionals is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technology initiatives and cross-functional project teams in the Atlanta area. This hybrid role requires collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and executives to deliver programs on schedule.

You will plan, track, and manage tasks, facilitate requirements gathering, and maintain status reporting and RAID logs. Local candidates with 2+ weeks notice preferred; webcam or in-person interviews welcome.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent, relevant Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing large-scale programs.
• 1+ year experience with Workday ERP system.
• Advanced proficiency in Asana and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and monitor cross-functional IT tasks, deliverables, and resource forecasts.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design discussions, testing, and training schedules.
• Maintain status reporting, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate communication across business, technical, and executive stakeholder groups.
