ChristianaCare, a leading health system with hospitals in Wilmington and Newark, DE, is seeking a hybrid IT Project Leader to coordinate and guide staff delivering enabling information technology solutions.
The role emphasizes team leadership, operational readiness, and cross-team collaboration across projects. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of project management experience in multi-disciplinary settings.
This role is a HYBRID position requiring frequent on-site work. Must be within a commutable distance.

To coordinate and lead the activities and performance of staff members within a small team focused on implementing and supporting enabling information technology solutions and services.
Annual Compensation Range $110,177.60 - $176,280.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
