• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of project management experience required; project management certification preferred.
• Research and grant management experience in a healthcare or academic setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Harrington Trust program and iREACH research portfolio.
• Coordinate student, intern, and pipeline program activities.
• Prepare reports and present updates to leadership and partners.
• Support budgets, contracts, data use agreements, and IRB processes.
• Foster collaboration with departments and community partners.
