Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager for our IT PMO to align enterprise initiatives with business strategy in a hybrid work model. You will lead demand, prioritization, and sequencing, manage portfolio financials, and drive governance across multiple corporate functions.

The role requires strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex technology programs on time and within budget. Hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in portfolio, program, or project management in a business-facing role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Experience with demand management, portfolio prioritization, annual planning, and roadmap development.
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Experience leading resource capacity planning across matrixed teams.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PM/portfolio certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, PfMP).

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into an integrated portfolio roadmap and operating plan.
• Lead demand intake, assessment, prioritization, and sequencing with funding considerations.
• Manage portfolio financials including plan, forecast, actuals, and variances.
• Oversee resource capacity planning and resolve staffing constraints.
• Coach and develop project managers assigned to the portfolio.
• Establish portfolio governance and escalation paths with the IT PMO.
• Prepare dashboards and summaries for executive reviews.
