Job summary

North Valley Bank is seeking an IT Manager to lead daily IT operations and perform hands-on technical work at our Main Office in Zanesville, Ohio. The role directly oversees IT staff, manages incidents, and drives projects from planning through completion.

You will ensure system reliability, security, and performance across Windows Server, AD, M365, and network services, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years IT experience with hands-on systems and network administration.
• Experience leading technical work, coordinating projects, and coaching IT staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot and administer production systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365, networking, and backup/recovery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex server, network, endpoint, and connectivity issues.
• Administer production systems including Windows Server, AD, M365, and networks.
• Investigate alerts, review logs, validate configurations, implement fixes.
• Manage IT operations staff, schedules, and service coverage.
• Coordinate vendors, projects, and change management.
• Maintain documentation, inventories, and lifecycle plans.
