You will design, configure, and support Epic-based solutions to improve patient care, data integrity, and system usability, with integration between Cupid, CPACS, and speech recognition.

The role requires Epic Certification, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with physicians, clinical staff, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of information systems experience in application support or related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Epic certification required.
• Experience with workflow analysis and system configuration.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support application solutions to improve workflows and data integrity.
• Lead testing planning, execution, and validation with stakeholders.
• Develop end-user training and support system adoption.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
