Job summary

Judi Health is seeking an IT Manager to lead the IT Engineering function, oversee daily operations, and drive strategic IT projects that support enterprise-scale systems. You will mentor a team of IT Engineers, ensure reliable identity and endpoint management, and guide security-aligned solutions across SaaS platforms.

You will partner with Security, Engineering, and Business teams to enforce best practices, orchestrate onboarding/offboarding, and advance automation in a distributed, hybrid work

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, or platform roles.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and mentoring.
• Experience with IAM, MDM, and SaaS admin responsibilities.
• Strong security, audit, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Engineers and manage day-to-day IT operations.
• Own delivery of IT projects, planning, prioritization, and resourcing.
• Oversee IAM, endpoint mgmt, and SaaS platforms administration.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and Business teams on standards.
• Drive automation and process improvements across IT services.
