HMSA in Hawaii is seeking a project manager for a hybrid work environment. The role requires residence in Hawaii, full-time exempt status, and a salary range with eligible incentives.

Responsibilities include leading medium to large projects, guiding requirements, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, while using SDLC best practices and forecasting skills to drive outcomes in a complex,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven years PM or five years IT PM experience, or equivalent combination.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Experience with projects across multiple technologies and business functions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Math skills for forecasting and financial management.

• Receives high-level business requirements and develops detailed requirements.
• Forecasts resource requirements and defines estimates for long-term projects and programs.
• Facilitates requirement reviews with development teams and gathers estimates.
• Applies best practices and develops project standards, procedures and quality objectives.
• Conducts project kickoff meetings and communicates roles and expectations.
• Develops detailed project plans and drives tasks to completion.
• Provides leadership to assigned projects including scheduling and assignment of work.
