The position requires Hawaii residency, a bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, and significant experience in systems analysis, development, and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field with 5 years of systems analysis and programming experience.
• Fluent in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and C#/.NET.
• Able to troubleshoot production incidents and support data interfaces.
• Understanding of application architecture standards and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and architect application systems; manage maintenance and support.
• Lead or participate in project planning with clients and analysts.
• Refine requirements and plan resources for projects and programs.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams; mentor junior staff.
• Ensure system requirements are defined and translate into technical solutions.
