Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects independently and manage development and implementation.
• Analyze objectives, data sources, methodology and findings; prepare final reports for sponsors.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external staff to meet information requests and goals.
• Develop, analyze and monitor reimbursement and provider strategies; assess cost impact.
• Monitor market trends and policy changes; advise on implications for the program.
• Support audits; respond to auditor inquiries and review contracts.
• Mentor team members and provide feedback to staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned with professionalism and teamwork.
