Job summary
CGS Federal seeks a Litigation Support Technician to support the United States Attorney's Office in New York and Albany. You will install, configure, and maintain litigation support systems, coordinate with the Litigation Support Coordinator, and ensure data security and system reliability.
The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, familiarity with IPRO Eclipse, Relativity, Nuix, and Law Pre-Discovery, and the ability to work across remote and on-site environments. U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Experience with litigation support principles and systems development is expected.
- Familiarity with ESI processes and security methods is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate litigation support services including trial prep and presentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain litigation support hardware and software.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security of litigation support resources.
- Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting for users.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents and maintain equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with agencies and the Litigation Support Coordinator as needed.
