Job summary
ChristianaCare Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT leader with expertise in Imaging and Cardiovascular IT systems.
The role focuses on supervision, support, implementation, and optimization of critical clinical applications, including PACS and associated platforms. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clinical and vendor stakeholders to enhance patient care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a related field.
- 4+ years of project and/or resource management experience with multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience supporting imaging and cardiovascular IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead performance of staff in implementing and supporting IT solutions.
- Manage operational readiness of existing systems and services.
- Resolve barriers between projects and teams to ensure timely implementations.
- Develop communications with IT leaders and clinical stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor relationships and project budgets.
- Lead organizational performance improvement initiatives.
