Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 8 years imaging experience in a healthcare environment.
• 3 years in an imaging managerial role.
• 3 years in both technical and strategic roles in healthcare environments (in a large integrated system).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise imaging systems development and support functions.
• Provide leadership for implementation and enhancements of software applications.
• Monitor system issues and performance; escalate with stakeholders.
• Develop short and long-term goals for systems development and support.
• Provide reporting to leaders and partners with McLaren Health Care.
• Conduct analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements.
• Develop budgets and demonstrate fiscal leadership.
• Establish knowledge base of issues and resolutions.
