Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP is seeking a mid‑level Infrastructure Administrator in San Jose to support hybrid on‑prem and cloud environments. You will manage AD/365 services, VMware, and security tooling while collaborating with senior staff on projects and initiatives.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous learning across servers, networking, and backup systems to ensure a secure, scalable IT ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Azure/VMware/Cisco/Azure AD are preferred.
• 3–5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID.
• Experience with VMware and backup solutions (Cohesity/AvePoint/Zerto).
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs) and SD‑WAN familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, DNS, GPO, File Services, and MFA/SSO configurations.
• Manage M365 services including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Support VMware vSphere, VxRail, and virtualization environments.
• Monitor and maintain backup/recovery solutions (Cohesity/AvePoint/Zerto).
• Maintain PKI, SSL certs, and security configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco/Meraki networking gear and SD‑WAN (Cato).
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation; provide Tier II support.
