First Century Bank is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support on‑premises datacenter and hybrid cloud environments. The role covers infrastructure changes, incident resolution, maintenance, and disaster recovery testing, following change management practices.

You will manage VMware, Windows Server, Linux, AD, and network infrastructure, while implementing automation using PowerShell and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on infrastructure experience in network, compute, virtualization, and storage.
• Experience administering VMware vSphere, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, firewalls, VPNs and routing basics.
• Scripting/automation experience, preferably PowerShell.
• Familiar with change management and documenting technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, VPNs).
• Administer on-prem VMware, Windows Server, Linux, and storage/backup environments.
• Operate and maintain hybrid cloud workloads, prefer Microsoft Azure.
• Support disaster recovery activities, backups, and runbooks.
• Apply security updates and harden systems, maintain regulatory alignment.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
