• Support and maintain hybrid environments including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and on-prem systems
• Administer and troubleshoot networks including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; respond to alerts and outages
• Perform provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues across cloud, network, and server platforms
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff when appropriate
