Job summary

The Habit Burger Grill in Irvine, CA is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a hybrid support team. The role supports our restaurant technology stack from the Irvine Support Center, handling tickets via phone, email, and in person, and escalating issues as needed.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting, with 6 months of Service Desk experience or relevant training. Weekend work is required due to near 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with helpdesk or service desk support is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to restaurant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, online ticket management system, email, MS Teams, and in person as needed.
• Consult with service desk team members to resolve issues.
• Initiate service orders to dispatch technicians to resolve technology or facility issues.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to restaurant technology (i.e., connectivity issues, software upgrades, etc.).
• Complete password reset requests.
• Assist stores with questions related to restaurant technology and applications.
• Resolve known issues using the knowledge base.
