Job summary

Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 support to a variety of users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. You will resolve incidents, document troubleshooting steps, and escalate when necessary to maintain service levels.

Successful candidates will deliver customer service excellence, communicate clearly, and work on a hybrid schedule from Destin, FL. Familiarity with ServiceNow and Office365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of technical support experience or equivalent education/certification.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS and iOS environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive client queries via phone, email, or web access and log incidents.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document details and resolutions in the incident management system.
• Escalate to higher tiers when needed and track incident progress.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and SLA adherence.
