Qualifications

• 2–3+ years IT troubleshooting experience.
• Associate’s degree in IT related field.
• Certifications: A+, Cisco Routing, Security+, SANS.
• Prior military experience in the radio field.

Responsibilities

• Log and track IT support requests and incidents.
• Provide technical assistance for workstation hardware and software.
• Diagnose issues, escalate when necessary, and restore client operations quickly.
• Attend meetings and training on policies and procedures.
• Maintain Remedy ticketing system documentation.
