Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Applications for Procedural Areas to lead Epic modules and related platforms. This role oversees Lab and Perioperative Services, delivering reliable operations and strategic IT roadmaps in a hybrid environment across Warrenville, IL or Skokie, IL.

You will drive change management, system upgrades, and collaboration with clinical teams to enhance patient care and user experience, while mentoring teams and shaping technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing processes, applications, or systems in healthcare or related industries.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting Procedural Clinical Application areas (Anesthesia, Labs & LIS, Epic Beaker, Epic Optime).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of information processing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational performance and support for the assigned applications portfolio, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
• Directs day-to-day application support operations, including incident management, escalations, on-call coverage, and change control processes.
• Leads solution implementation and optimization projects with planning, setup, testing, training, and deployment.
• Establishes performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in application support.
• Develops strong partnerships with leaders to align technology solutions with business goals.
