Endeavor Health is seeking a Systems Engineer II to ensure stable and efficient Microsoft platform environments across our IL sites. You will design, build, configure, test, deploy, and support systems and infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT teams, strong communication, and hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and security practices. Hybrid work in Skokie area and local travel to other sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in IT Systems, Platform Engineering or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and upgrades Endeavor Health’s software, platforms, infrastructure and devices.
• Collaborates with Systems Engineers to ensure cross-platform compatibility and performance.
• Leads technology initiatives within their portfolio with minimal direction.
• Installs updates, patches and evaluates security accordingly.
• Addresses inquiries and resolves issues across supported platforms and environments.
• Provides on-call support and handles escalations with proper documentation.
• Maintains security posture by monitoring, reporting and remediation tasks.
• Keeps current on systems and related technology.
