Job summary

Judi Health seeks an IT Engineer II to independently deliver complex IT solutions and lead medium-scale initiatives across identity, access management, and cloud-integrated systems. You will mentor engineers, automate provisioning, and drive security best practices in a remote-first environment with hybrid in-office options.

The role focuses on Okta platform administration, workflows, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in IT engineering, systems administration, IAM, or equivalent roles.
• Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues end-to-end.
• Advanced experience administering Okta Identity Cloud.
• Hands-on RBAC design and access governance experience.
• Experience developing Okta Workflows for automation.
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance and lifecycle management.
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Mentoring junior engineers and participating in on-call rotations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues beyond Helpdesk.
• Lead medium-to-large IT projects involving IAM, endpoint management, and SaaS.
• Design and maintain onboarding/offboarding and identity lifecycle processes.
• Administer Okta Identity Cloud, RBAC, and access policies.
• Develop and maintain Okta Workflows and governance procedures.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks.
• Mentor IT Engineer I staff and participate in on-call rotations.
