Job summary

New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an IT professional to join the Central Office Technology Services (COTS) team. You will support desktop, laptop, mobile and printer environments and manage Group Policy and Active Directory for 1200+ users, with SCCM-based software deployment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of professional IT experience; substitutions and degrees are described in the posting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field and one year of professional IT experience in analyzing, designing, programming, troubleshooting, or testing computer systems applications.
Substitutions allowed: additional IT experience or degrees on a year-for-year basis.
Master’s degree may substitute for required education.

Responsibilities

Deploy OS images to Central Office users and deploy software using SCCM.
Provide end-user level 1 and level 2 support.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Configure and secure server file shares.
Create and configure Ricoh scan folders and manage printers on the print server.
Support and manage permissions on SharePoint sites.
