You will partner with senior leaders to transform data into actionable insights and shape analytics, reporting, and data quality across the organization. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, guiding advanced analytics initiatives, mentoring a high-performing team, managing budgets, and driving data-driven decision making to support growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in data analytics, BI, or data science.
• 7+ years leading analytics teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise analytics strategy.
• Proven collaboration with exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data analytics strategy.
• Lead BI development for dashboards and reporting.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with executives to drive data-driven decisions.
• Oversee data governance and data security initiatives.
• Mentor analytics team.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies.
