Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s data analytics strategy.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI, reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
• Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to drive performance.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify data-driven opportunities and outcomes.
• Oversee data governance, quality, management, and security initiatives.
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy across the organization.
