Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, data science, or related fields.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or data-management teams.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide analytics strategies in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of BI, reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to drive performance.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve decisions.
• Lead initiatives involving predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI capabilities.
• Oversee data governance, quality, management, and security to ensure data integrity.
