You will draft, review, and negotiate terms with vendors, collaborating with procurement, legal, and business units to optimize value.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial contract management experience.
• Experience in IT services, software, hardware, SaaS and cloud contracts.
• Knowledge of contract law and terms; ability to negotiate favorable terms.
