Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS or related field (required).
• 5+ years business analysis experience in financial services.
• 4+ years creating process maps and wireframes.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong data mapping/translation and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with business users and tech partners to define solutions.
• Write complex business, functional, and technical requirements specifications.
• Perform smoke and user testing; document current vs future state processes.
• Identify process improvements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Support enterprise change governance and cross-organizational collaboration.
