Job summary

OCC is offering a 12-week summer internship in Chicago for rising seniors or second-year graduate students. The role focuses on IT business analysis skills, including Jira automation and data reporting within a hybrid work environment.

Two projects will teach process automation and information governance, with exposure to Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and enterprise integration. Interns are paid and eligible for sick leave during the program.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or second-year graduate student
• Graduating December 2027 or May/August 2028
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

• Work on two projects to develop marketable IT business analysis skills
• Learn Jira Automation Rule Inventory/Cleanup and ticket volume baseline
• Explore ServiceNow/Confluence integration and information governance
• Gain experience in data analysis, taxonomy classification, and reporting
