Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking an IT Audit Officer to join our Internal Audit team in a hybrid role based in Rockland, MA. The ideal candidate will work across diverse technology and cybersecurity environments to strengthen risk management, governance, and controls.

Responsibilities include executing risk-based audits, testing ITGCs, and supporting regulatory compliance initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to collaborate with partners and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Audit, Information Security, Technology Risk Management, Internal Audit, External Audit or related field.
• CISA certification is required or eligible for certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk-based IT audits across governance, cybersecurity, operations, data management, and cloud environments.
• Test General IT Controls (GITC) and support SOX-related activities.
• Evaluate technology controls and assess regulatory compliance and industry frameworks.
