Qualifications

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Experience with software procurement and licensing.
• Experience managing software contracts and renewals.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple software renewals and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage software procurement and licensing activities.
• Coordinate software contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate software asset and license records.
• Coordinate annual software renewals and licensing activities.
• Create, track, and update IT/software-related tickets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and software vendors to ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, renewals, and related documentation.
• Use Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining asset data.
• Work with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms for ticket and asset-related activities.
