Job summary

MPI is seeking an IT Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations for the Boston area and regional offices, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of systems and services.

The role collaborates with global IT, MSPs, and business stakeholders during divestiture activities, with a hybrid on-site schedule in Beverly, MA, and a base salary of $90k-$120k plus a 5% annual bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant IT experience.
• 3+ years IT Administration or infrastructure operations.
• Experience supporting multiple offices across time zones.
• Experience with MSP environments is highly preferred.
• Strong IT infrastructure and ITSM knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations for offices in the Boston area.
• Serve as primary IT liaison for regional offices lacking dedicated IT staff.
• Coordinate with global IT, regional vendors, and service providers.
• Support interim IT operating models during divestiture activities.
• Assist with system separation, access changes, and documentation.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for endpoints, collaboration, identity, network, and apps.
• Collaborate with MSP delivering service desk and security services.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure and regional IT practices.
• Provide operational insights and risk identifications to IT leadership.
