ABA Search in Washington, DC, seeks an IP litigation paralegal to support patent matters in federal courts, ITC, and PTAB. You will organize discovery, manage case materials, prepare Bates-numbered docs, and assist in depositions and trials, under attorney guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years IP litigation support experience.
• Experience with USPTO inter partes review and ITC 337 matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management apps; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for patent litigation in federal courts, ITC, and PTAB.
• Organize discovery and trial materials including e-discovery coordination.
• Prepare documents for Bates-numbering, redaction, duplication/scanning, and indexing.
• Maintain case materials and electronic case rooms; create briefing books.
• Assist attorneys in depositions and courtroom with notes and exhibits.
• Maintain time entries and related administrative duties.
