BakerAvenue is seeking an Investment Reporting Manager to own the portfolio management and reporting platform, with a focus on data integrity for client reporting, billing, and management reporting. The role sits in San Francisco as part of a hybrid team requiring in-office presence Monday–Wednesday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in portfolio operations or investment reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Orion or comparable portfolio management and reporting system.
• Experience with investment data, including alternative investments.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong reconciliation and data integrity discipline; resolving complex discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Own the administration of Orion and manage portfolio reporting.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve system and reporting issues.
• Develop command of the full reporting ecosystem; guide platform needs as business evolves.
• Roll out new functionality and train users firm-wide.
• Manage projects on alternative investments, portfolio reporting, and system conversions.
• Provide quarter-end reporting support and respond to client requests.
• Collaborate with wealth advisory team to troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce operational risk.
